Do I need to plug the Xmai into the mains?
The Xmai features a lithium-ion battery. You have 120 minutes of battery life to complete all your workouts.
Once the battery level is too low, you will only have to charge the Xmai with the charger provided in the kit.
What is the warranty?
The warranty period is 24 months on all products.
Items such as traction cables are considered consumables and are not covered by this warranty.
What is the return policy?
You have a 7-day right of return. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us in its original packaging. Once we have approved your return, we will refund your purchase amount.
When will I receive my order?
We work with the carrier Planzer for shipments to Switzerland.
We normally have all products in stock in Switzerland and can deliver to you within 1 to 2 working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are free.
